Create or Manage Your Registry
How can I create a registy with Cookworks?
You can register online or in one of our two conveniently located stores.
To register online, go to our main gift registry page and click “Create Your Registry” to begin.
You can also register in one of our stores.We recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment with one of our Registry Consultants, or you can join us for our Registry Events on Sunday mornings at our West Broadway store.
When should I start a gift registry?
If you register at least three to four months before your wedding or event you will allow your guests enough time to purchase gifts for engagement parties, showers, etc. We recommend revisiting your registry one month to a few weeks before your event date to ensure you still have items available for your guests to purchase.
How do I let my guests know I've registered at Cookworks?
Once you've created your registry online, click “Share Registry” and enter in the email addresses for your guests. For your invitations you mail out, you can print registry enclosure cards from your registry page or you can pick them up at either of our stores. Can I make changes to my gift registry?
You can access your gift registry through the Internet, by phone and at either Cookworks store to add or delete products, change quantities, and update your information.
Will I be notified if items on my gift registry have been discontinued?
If any items you have registered for are discontinued, you will be notified via email.
How long will my registry be active after my event?
Your registry will remain active for 2 years after your event date.
How do I retrieve my password?
If you contact us, we will send your password to the email address we have on file.For security reasons, we cannot send your password to a different email address.

Registry Purchases
How can gifts from my registry be purchased?
Your guests can purchase your gifts online, over the phone, or in store. Your US and international guests can purchase your gifts online and over the phone.
I registered for something that was on sale, can my guests purchase it for the sale price?
The majority of our Hot Prices are limited time offers. Once the promotional period is over the product returns to its original retail price.
How often is my registry updated online?
Your registry is updated immediately after an order is placed online and within 2 hours of being purchased in one of our stores.

Registry Completion
What does Cookworks offer when I complete my registry?
Within one year of your event date you can receive a one-time 15% discount off your purchase of regularly priced items.You can use your accumulated Rewards Points at this time, and can also purchases items not included on your registry. This offer is available only in-store. back to top

Purchasing A Gift
How do I find out if someone is registered with Cookworks?
To search for a registry online, go to our Gift Registry page and click “Find a Registry” to begin. You can also call us or visit us in store. Where can I purchase gifts from Cookworks’ Gift Registry?
Gifts can be purchased online, in person at our stores or over the phone.
If you are unable to visit one of our stores, you can purchase your gifts online or over the phone.
What are my gift delivery/shipping options?
You can choose to have your gift shipped to the registrants or to yourself.
Shipping to the registrants is free.
If you prefer to have your gift shipped to you, the shipping fee is based on our standard shipping rates.
Is a card enclosed with gifts purchased online?
When you view your "Shopping Basket", you will have the option of typing in a personal message to be included with your gift.
Can my gift be wrapped?
We offer a gift wrapping service for $5 of gifts purchased at the store. We no longer offer gift wrapping of gifts purchased online.
How long does a registry remain active after the event date?
You can access a gift registry online and in our stores for two years after the date of the event.
