| Roasted Red Pepper Stuffed Sandwich | | Cut loaf of french or italian bread in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop out center of top half of bread, leaving 1/2" shell. Brush both cut sides of bread with a vinaigrette dressing. layer bottom half with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, red onions, banana peppers, olives and basil leaves. Cover with top half - wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Slice and serve. |
