Cookworks does not sell, exchange or provide any customer information to any third party.

Guarantee

When you purchase from Cookworks you can be assured you are getting the best quality products, which is why we offer a 5 year warranty from date of purchase. Many of our cookware, knife, and pepper mills carry a lifetime warranty.

Exception: Promotional items will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Clearance and Final Sale products will come with a 30 days DOA (dead on arrival) warranty, no return or exchange.

Our 5 year warranty covers any defects or problems caused by the manufacturer’s production of the product. It does not include damage caused by misuse, excessive heat, dishwasher, or any other condition not adhered to in the product care and use manuals.

When the original sale is registered in our system or you have the original sales receipt, we will make every effort to repair the product. If it is beyond repair, we will replace the item with the same item or its equivalent replacement. Some items may require the item to be shipped back to the manufacturer for evaluation.

Our 5 year warranty applies to items that were purchased on or after June 1, 2007.

Return Policy

If you change your mind you have 30 days to bring your item back, providing it is in its original package and it has not been used.

Full refunds will be given if you have the original receipt. Money will be refunded using the same method of payment.

Exchanges will be given for items without the original receipt or with gift receipts.

We can refuse items that have been used or are beyond the 30 day return date which are not re-sellable.

Cookworks Rewards Program

Joining the Cookworks Rewards Program is free and no initial purchase is required.

Rewards points are tracked under each member's phone number - there is no membership card to carry!

Points that are earned from the purchase of an item from a gift registry will be credited to the registrant.

When returning an item, points will be deducted automatically from the account that was used for the original purchase. The Rewards member will be reimbursed for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned. Upon the return and/or exchange of purchases earned through the redemption of Cookworks Rewards points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.

Points earning and redemption terms are subject to change without notice.

Store Events Policies

Registration for events can be placed online through our website or at both Cookworks locations.

We do not send confirmation notices.


Event Information

    * Seating in our classes is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend early arrival if you would like group seating.

    * Classes are demonstration-style and last up to 2 or 3 hours unless otherwise noted. Printed recipes may be provided.

    * A tasting of the dishes demonstrated in class may be served.

    * A portion of the cooking class fee may include nonalcoholic beverages and up to two glasses of wine (for students over 21 years of age).
.......Alcohol may not be brought in from anywhere outside of the store.

    * Teachers reserve the right to alter menus due to seasonal availability of ingredients.

    * Cookworks reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled, we will contact you by phone and transfer your fee to another class of your choice or refund your fee.

    * To ensure the enjoyment of all participants, Cookworks cannot accommodate patrons bringing children under the age of 12 years. Children ages 12 and 13 are welcome to attend class at the full price of admission, accompanied by a paying adult. Children 14 and older are welcome to attend class by themselves at the full price of admission.

    * A reservation canceled by 5:00 PM fourteen days or more in advance of a reserved class date entitles you to a full refund of the class fee or a credit towards another class.

    * A reservation canceled 7 days or less prior to the reserved class date is non-refundable: however, you may send someone in your place.
