We offer Free Expedited Shipping on orders over $100* to locations in Canada. Shipping & handling rates** within Canada for Online OrdersCookworks ships anywhere in Canada. Rates include picking, packing, insurance and delivery to your door. OR Place your order online. Pick up in store (Howe street location). Select Pick-up button during the checkout. * before taxes
* Heavy / Fragile and Multiple Items - Shipping Surcharge Some products are subject to a shipping surcharge when purchased by multiple and/or because of their size and/or weight (e.g. dinnerware sets). - The shipping surcharge per item will be applied automatically during the checkout even if your order otherwise qualifies for free shipping. - You will see this added surcharge on the final order page before you place the order.
*per item rate Canada Post EXPRESS Service For a faster delivery, Cookworks offers EXPRESS shipping (2 to 6 business days. Slightly longer for remote areas). Canada Post EXPRESS service is available for $35 flat rate** ** EXPPRESS Surcharge Examples: For orders $50 and under = $14 + EXPEDITED surcharge $35 For orders $100 and under = $18 + EXPEDITED surcharge $35 For orders over $100 = Free regular shipping + EXPEDITED surcharge $35 - The EXPRESS service is available only for orders shipped within Canada. - Unfortunately, this service cannot be offered for orders shipped in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or The Yukon. - The EXPRESS flat fee surcharge is not available to large and/or heavy orders. Note**: Over-sized, heavy and fragile items may be subject to extra handling fees and will be assessed when the order is confirmed. Rates above are for Expedited delivery. Express and Priority services will be an additional charge. Cookworks will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes. Gift Cards Shipping Delivery Cookworks gift cards are shipped Canada Post Expedited free of charge within Canada. Gift & Wedding Registry Shipping Delivery Shipping to the registrants is free of charge within Canada. International Online Orders Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship online orders outside Canada. Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing sales@cookworks.ca. Goods must be returned in original packaging. |
