Online Special Order

Cookworks has more than 3,500 items in stock, but our selection doesn't stop there. We now offer you the ability to buy hundreds of additional items online through our Special Order program.

What is special order?
Products marked with "Online Special Order" are items that are not regularly stocked in our warehouse, however, are made available to customers. 

Does it cost anything extra to special order an item?
No it does not.

Do I have to pay now or later?
Payment for Special Order items will be charged at the time the order is placed.

How long does it take to get my order?
When you place an Order for a "Special Order" item it will be ordered from the vendor and ship when the Stock arrives at our warehouse. The Estimated Time Of Arrival for an item is mentioned on the item page. This ETA does not include the delivery time to your shipping address.

Do I get free shipping?
Yes. All special orders qualify for free shipping if order total is over $100. Otherwise, visit our Shipping Information page for details

Will you contact me before you ship my special order?
When your Special Order arrives at the store, a sales associate will call and/or email you to let you know your order is available for pickup or has been shipped. On the day your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number so you can track your package.

Cookworks makes no implicit guarantee of delivery date or arrival times for special order purchases. Some items may be out of stock and an extended period of time may be necessary for restocking. Some delays are due to manufacturing delays.

We appreciate your understanding and will consistently do our best to assure speedy delivery of your special order.

Made-to-Order items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on John Boos Made-to-Order kitchen carts and tables.

Cookworks reserves the right to cancel any order after it has been placed.
